My name is Reimen Lyu. I am currently studying for my Masters degree in media arts at Wintec Media Arts Centre.

As a child, I always dreamed of becoming a professional artist. I studied performing arts for four years at Chendu University in China and gained my Bachelors degree. I want to devote all my life to drama performance and want to be able to play different characters. When I stand on stage I want to captivate my audience in such a way that they are relaxed and happy watching me perform.

 

On the Way is a weekly one-hour, dramatised show where I  play different characters, portraying the emotions of people of all ages. It  focus on Chinese who are not confident English speakers and I want to use drama to help people to cope with emotional and psychological problems.
